1. Returns & Exchanges

At Mykurtis, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

• Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the original packaging with tags intact.
• Certain items like customized products or intimate apparel may not be eligible for returns or exchanges.

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange:

• Wait for confirmation and instructions on how to send the item back.

3. Refund Process

• Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4. Exchange Process

• If you choose to exchange an item, a replacement will be shipped after we receive and inspect the original item.
• Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested item is out of stock, you may choose a refund instead.
